Founded in 2013 by retired airline pilot Captain Jack Reynolds, this local coffee shop employs 5 full-time and 15 part-time employees.   The weekday manager is Amelia Morgan and the weekend manager is Jace Cooper, but everyone calls him "Coop".

On average the coffee shop serves 150 customers per day with an average transaction of $7 ($378K annually).  The shop sells 400 pounds of coffee per month both to local customers, 3 local restaurants and several ship-to customers ($72K annually).   The bags sell for $15/lb.  The shop also hosts private events in the back of the store with a minimum food and beverage purchase of $100 for a 3 hour event (average $16K for these events).

Overhead runs about $415K annually including wages, benefits, supplies, raw beans, rent and maintenance.
